Neutrogena Makeup Removing Products

Since I was a teen, I've been an avid user of Neutrogena skincare products, I especially love their invigorating facial scrubs as my skin always ended up feeling squeaky clean deep down inside those pesky pores of mine. These days, wearing makeup is part of my morning routine to protect my skin from the harmful sun rays and to achieve an even and glowing skin tone with a touch of blush. Hence, at the end of the day, using makeup removing products which help to remove makeup and eliminate any impurities absorbed onto my skin is a must to ensure my skin stays fresh and clean. Recently, I was sent three products from the Neutrogena Blue Line range to trial and since trialling, I've been one happy camper!

Neutrogena Oil-Free Eye Makeup Remover (A$10.89/112ml) is a dual phase makeup remover which is strong enough to remove the most difficult and waterproof eye makeup you could imagine. I thought cleansing oils were superior in terms of removing eye makeup, however, Neutrogen Oil-Free Eye Makeup Remover has proved to be even better. The dual phase formula must be shaken before use in order for it to work it's magic. The formula contains aloe and cucumber to soothe skin and is 100% oil-free, leaving no greasy residues on my skin. Since the top of the bottle is wider than most other makeup removing products out on the market, I normally place a cotton pad on top and shake the bottle once or twice. Then, gentle dabbing the cotton pad over the skin a few times helps to remove all traces of eye makeup. There was no tugging and irritation to the skin/eyes which was a great thing as the formula has been dermatologist developed and ophthalmologist tested - it's safe for sensitive eyes and contact lens wearers.

Neutrogena Makeup Remover Cleansing Towelettes (A$7.99/25 towelettes) are super smooth and feels velvety and soft just like a baby's bottom! The towelette has a pleasant and calming scent to it and works effectively to dissolve all traces of dirt, oil and makeup. My skin felt very relaxed, calm and very smooth! It was so easy to remove all the makeup from my skin with just a few swipes using the towelette. For waterproof eye liner and mascara, I found that using the Neutrogena Oil-Free Eye Makeup Remover prior to using the towelette helped to remove the eye makeup residues a lot easier. Neutrogena Makeup Remover Cleansing Towelettes are alcohol free and allergy tested.

Neutrogena Fresh Foaming Scrub (A$11.99/125ml) is a very gentle scrub which contains miniscule orange microbeads dispersed in a milky opalescent formula to help cleanse while exfoliate the skin. The scrub works deep into pores to remove any traces of impurities and because the microbeads are so gentle to the skin you can use it on a regular basis, rather than just 2 or 3 times per week. The scent reminds me a lot like orange peel which I find very pleasant and I enjoy using skin care products which contain a delightful citrus scent to it. Neutrogena Fresh Foaming Scrub is soap and oil free, non-comedogenic and dermatologist tested.

Overall, Neutrogena Oil-Free Eye Makeup Remover Makeup Remover Cleansing Towelettes and Fresh Foaming Scrub are excellent makeup removing products if you have sensitive skin. Each of these products worked really well to remove even the most difficult waterproof makeup and another bonus is that they are so affordable, I absolutely recommend trying one of Neutrogena Blue Line products!

Do you incorporate Neutrogena skin care products to your skin care routine?
